RHEMA is back in Bolivia.

The Bible school we started in Cochabamba in 1999 trained 893 students, and more than 50 of them pastor churches today. On March 1, 2027, it opens its doors again as RHEMA Bolivia.

RHEMA Bolivia is opening its doors again

In August, David told more than 100 pastors and leaders in Cochabamba that the school is reopening. Students are already registering for the first class on March 1, 2027.

Bolivia is back on the RHEMA map

RHEMA Bolivia trained men and women for the ministry from Cochabamba, in the heart of the country, for twenty years. The facility is in place, and our Bolivian national team are ready!

Cochabamba sits between the Andes and the lowlands, a few hours from La Paz, Santa Cruz and Sucre. Students come from all over Bolivia, and our graduates pastor churches across the country and beyond.

The story

A calling from God to give His Word to Bolivia

1991
RHEMA graduates. David and Violeta finish RHEMA Bible Training College.
1996
To Cochabamba. In August they leave Sweden and move to Bolivia in obedience to God's call.
1997
A church. Ministerio La Palabra de Fe is planted in Cochabamba.
1999
A Bible school. A three-year school opens to train national ministers.
2010
RHEMA Bolivia. The school becomes RHEMA Bolivia and runs until 2019.
2026
The announcement. In August, more than 100 pastors and leaders gather in Cochabamba to hear the school is reopening.
2027
The first class. RHEMA Bolivia opens its doors again on Monday, March 1.

Spend a week in Cochabamba teaching a subject you love. We arrange lodging, translation, meals and transport on the ground.

What a mission trip

We invited more than 100 pastors and leaders from Cochabamba to a dinner announcing the reopening, and held two nights of demo classes to show what a night at RHEMA looks like. Guests came from the USA and Brazil.
